Vacation and Easter

It's been along time since I've posted anything. Not sure if anyone really looks at this but here we go. Since my last post I have started back to work teaching and am currently looking forward to summer!=) 6 more weeks!

Over spring break we took Natalie on her first plane ride to Florida. She actually did great on the plane and slept most of the way. We used our Baby bjorn a lot and our umbrella stroller. She really liked being pushed in the stroller. As we quickly walked around people, she would squeal and kick her little legs as we were pushing her. We spent a couple days at the Disney resorts before meeting up with my parents. We had a great time and it was a much needed break!

We celebrated Easter at home with Jonathan's family. Jonathan's cousin Colleen and her husband Andrew, Jt's parents (Mike and Ivy), and Jt's Uncle Reg came over for a barbeque one night. Mike and Ivy then came to church with us and I cooked my first ham dinner for the family! It wasn't as hard as I imagined and I will definitely be doing it again! =)

Natalie is such a blessing and a joy. Everyone always tells us what a happy baby she is, sometimes I think the ladies in the church nursery might try and keep her! =)hehe. Here are some pics!

Snow and pics

A couple of weeks ago we had about 12 inches of snow! Which is the most I've ever seen in Texas! Natalie is doing great! She is such a bundle of joy. She is laughing, "talking", and getting stronger every day.

Baby Natalie is Here!

On Tuesday November 3, 2009 I had been having a lot of contractions that day but just thought they were braxton hicks again. Then around 6:00 we really started timing them and around 9:00 they were 3-5 minutes apart so we decided to head the hospital. When we got there they admitted us and were in shock that I was not going to have an epidural. There was one nurse there that had had 4 kids naturally and she was very helpful throughout the whole labor and delivery. I will spare you all the details, of the labor and delivery, I'll just say it was a long night. Natalie was born November 4, 2009 at 6:28 am, she weighed 8 pounds 2 ounces and was 20.5 inches long. We have been home from the hospital for a week and are slowly all getting adjusted. I am so grateful for help from family and friends, I feel so blessed. Here are some pics:
